Do I get to choose my meals each week?
Yes! Each week you'll select your desired entrees and sides from our menu. We always have two weeks of menus available so you can plan ahead accordingly!
Are your meals frozen?
No, all of our meals are delivered fresh in Feast & Fettle insulated bags with commercial-grade ice packs.
Do you accommodate specific diets or food allergies?
Yes! We offer a selection of vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free friendly options each week. All of our labels include allergen tags for wheat, tree nuts, peanuts, milk, eggs, shellfish, and soy.
What about kids?
Our menus are designed around a personal chef experience that caters to both children and adults. Our entrees and sides are packaged individually, ensuring that even the pickiest eaters always have an option they can reliably enjoy.
Can I customize my order?
At Feast & Fettle, we go above and beyond your normal meal delivery service. Dislike peppers or want to skip the onions? Our kitchen will take special care to accommodate member requests within reason.
Do you provide nutritional facts for your meals?
We include a complete list of ingredients and allergens for all of our menu options. Detailed nutritional information such as calorie counts are not available at this time.
What if I’m expecting guests?
We have you covered! Members can easily add additional servings above and beyond their standard subscription plan to accommodate any party size.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
No need to be home! Meals are delivered in Feast & Fettle insulated bags with commercial-grade ice packs and will stay cold for 4-6 hours. Once you arrive home, simply place your meals into the refrigerator. During warmer months, we pack extra ice to ensure your food remains cold.
When do you make deliveries?
We make deliveries on Mondays and Wednesdays each week. Our standard delivery window is from 1:00-6:00pm. We may adjust delivery windows due to inclement weather or higher temperatures to ensure your food arrives safe and fresh.
Can I skip a delivery?
Yes! Skipping weeks is easy. Once logged into your account, you can simply select “Skip” for the weeks in which you'd prefer to not receive meals. You’ll never be charged for weeks that you skip!
When will I be billed?
Payments are processed automatically each week through our processor, Stripe.
Is my payment info secure on this site?
We use Stripe for payment processing, a highly popular PCI-compliant service that carefully encrypts payment information. You can learn more here.
